Client: Embee Software · Meraki created 500 customised employee welcome kits for Embee, bringing together branded notebooks, tumblers, pens and custom packaging into one cohesive onboarding experience.

A thoughtfully customised onboarding experience — from product branding to final packaging. Embee needed 500 employee welcome kits that felt considered end to end, with every element carrying the brand and arriving ready to hand over on day one.
What we did
What Went Into the Kit • Customised notebook, including inside-page (leaf) customisation • Customised tumbler • Customised pen • Customised presentation box The Meraki Approach Branding was produced in-house, so artwork, print quality and finish stayed under one roof. Each kit was then assembled and packed by our kitting team into the custom presentation box, so every box left as a complete, consistent onboarding set.
